Realtime Reporting
The CarTrawler™ reporting module allows partners to create and run customized reports on their own booking and request data in realtime. An easy to use application is provided to the partner allowing the partner to create "dashboard" style reports containing many different, configurable views of the system in realtime. Data can be displayed using a palette of charts including pie, bar, 3D histogram, scatter diagrams, heat diagrams and combined line charts.
In a manner similar to a stock trading environment, these realtime dashboards can then be used to view "hot" locations or periods on a location or market basis using forward looking demand analysis.
Partners can use these views to spot heavy booking trends, extreme conversion rates and adjust pricing dynamically to take advantage of the trends as they happen. Poor performing pricing strategies are easily identified and fixed with a minimum of effort, allowing the partner to maximize revenue and yield for the car rental component of their offering.
